At FORMER MERCHANDISE, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If your items aren't a perfect fit, we offer returns or exchanges on unworn merchandise within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items in their original packaging.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Hand off your package at any authorized carrier drop-off location; ensure the barcode is clearly visible and all previous shipping labels are removed.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  After our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed to the original payment method or your exchange order will be shipped within 5-7 business days.
